Butwal Safe House Computer Training Programme: Since the computer training centre was handed over to ASSN in May, it has become a popular choice for young women at the Safe House—13 have already undertaken training, alongside options in sewing and hairdressing.

The training room in use: learning valuable skills

The training goes beyond basics: participants are building skills in Microsoft Office, preparing bills and vouchers, and creating advertisements using Photoshop. As participant Pramila shared, "I am especially enjoying learning design skills." Graduates receive a certificate, along with confidence for whatever comes next.

Made possible by Rotary clubs in Nepal and Australia, who provided five computers, furniture, and a power backup system. ASSN manages the programme, with Every Daughter Matters supporting the local team.

A heartfelt thank you to all the Rotary members who made this possible.

The May handover was a milestone—and seeing it in use today shows what your partnership continues to make possible. Thank you!
